Over 40s Women's Walking Football in Islington, Greater London
Enjoy women-only walking football sessions for those aged 40 and over, every Friday from 4pm to 5pm, at Sobell Leisure Centre.
These weekly sessions are run by Arsenal in the Community, Arsenal Football Club's charitable arm. AITC delivers a range of health and wellbeing programmes across north London, including a men-only over 50s walking football session at Sobell, also on Fridays.
All abilities are welcome and sessions are led by qualified Arsenal coaches in a friendly, supportive environment.
