This women's walking football session is run by Arsenal in the Community and takes place every Wednesday morning from 10:00am at The Arsenal Hub on Benwell Road, Islington.
The session is open to women of all abilities aged 40 plus, with games played on an indoor 4G surface, right next to the Emirates Stadium.
The session follows WFA rules and is non-competitive, with the focus on staying active, having fun and enjoying the game.
