Play at West Riding County FA.
Fancy a Friday night out with a difference? Come along to West Riding County FA from 8pm and join the Rothwell Old Boars for a game of walking football.
These hour-long sessions are offered by Rothwell Old Boars for players of all ages, genders and abilities. New players are warmly welcomed into the group and are encouraged to simply turn up and take part.
Based at the home of West Riding CFA in Woodlesford, Leeds, games take place on a 3G artificial pitch and cost just £3.50 per person, per week, with zero additional costs or contributions.
Matches are played in line with Walking Football Association rules and focus on fun, non-contact fixtures consisting of teams of six players each, although this can obviously vary depending on attendance.
Rothwell Old Boars enter a variety of competitions and festivals throughout the year, and are also available for friendly fixtures, upon request. To get in touch, simply use the enquiry form on this page or scroll down for details of how to contact the club directly.
