Join Birmingham Walking Football Club for Over 50s sessions at Beechcroft Tennis and Multi Sport Club, every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.
These late-morning/early-afternoon events cater for both male and female players, and are structured to suit the unique needs of those aged 50 and over.
Wednesday sessions are also further tailored to accommodate players recovering from injury, while Thursday ‘Less Mobile’ sessions last for the slightly shorter time of one hour.
All Birmingham Walking Football Club sessions incorporate a short warm up, practice ball drills, a one hour game and a post-match cool down. Sessions are also followed by drinks and refreshments in the clubhouse.
New players are always welcome, but are asked to please call ahead of turning up to confirm availability. All players are asked to wear trainers, not football boots, on the astroturf pitches at Beechcroft.
