Weekly sessions supported by York City FC Foundation.
Come down to Vale of York Academy on Thursday evenings for walking football sessions organised by York City Football Club Foundation (YCFC).
Enjoy indoor six-a-side matches played in a competitive spirit by men and women of all ages.
Sessions are tailored to suit more confident players so you may feel more at home if you have some prior walking or traditional football experience.
Matches last for one hour between 6-7pm and cost just £5 each week. Outside of the weekly events, the Vale of York Academy walking football group also participates in regional tournaments and friendly matches.
As well as this, York City FC Foundation runs another two walking football sessions across York, at Burnholme Community Hub and Huntington School.
