Step on to the state of the art 4G pitch at Solihull Football Centre for over 40s walking football sessions every Tuesday & Friday evening from 7pm.
Supported and delivered by Birmingham Walking Football Club, these non-competitive sessions are the perfect introduction to this increasingly popular sport, whatever your experience or ability.
The 40+ sessions cost from just £4 per player and last an hour and 15 minutes. Games are preceded by a brief warm-up and followed by a cool down, before heading to the clubhouse for post-match refreshments.
Solihull Football Centre is the world’s only dedicated walking football facility and has been carefully designed to offer the best experience for players.
The over 40s sessions at Solihull adopt the official Walking Football Association rules, with play maintained below head height and restarted by kick-ins.
Can’t make the Tuesday or Friday session at Solihull? Birmingham Walking Football Club also runs three other over 40s sessions at Beechcroft Tennis & Multi Sport Club, every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
